As an SAP B1 Sales & Business Development Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for customer acquisition, solution selling, and market expansion. You will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their business processes and propose SAP B1 solutions that create a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business opportunities for SAP Business One.
Conduct consultative sales presentations, product demos, and solution-focused
discussions.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly and annual targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Understand client processes and recommend suitable SAP B1 functionalities.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for seamless project handover.
Stay updated on SAP B1 modules, add-ons, and industry best practices.
Provide high-level expertise during meetings and product demos.
Collaborate with SAP partners to create tailored ERP solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3-7+ years of experience in SAP B1 or ERP solution sales.
Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules and implementation cycles.
Proven track record in meeting software/ERP sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand processes across Finance, Inventory, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain.
Experience working with SAP partners or ERP consulting firms.
Exposure to manufacturing, trading, retail, distribution, or service industries.
