SAP Business One (B1) Implementation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One Implementation Engineer to lead and

support end-to-end SAP B1 implementations. The role involves business process analysis,

system configuration, customization, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support for plant employees.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead end-to-end SAP Business One implementations, from requirement

gathering to go-live and post-implementation support

? Analyze client business processes and map them to SAP B1 modules

? Configure SAP B1 modules including:

Financials Sales & Distribution Purchasing Inventory & Warehouse Management Production / MRP (if applicable) Others Quality, NPD etc.
? Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose solutions or customizations

? Coordinate with technical teams for:

Add-ons development SDK customizations Integration with third-party systems
? Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation

? Create functional specifications, test cases, and documentation

? Provide user training and prepare training materials

? Offer post-go-live support and system optimization

? Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One (B1)

? In-depth knowledge of SAP B1 functional modules

? Experience with HANA or MS SQL environments

? Understanding of SAP B1 SDK, DI API, Service Layer (preferred)

? Experience in implementation, support, or rollout projects

? Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, retail, or distribution

? Strong communication and client-handling skills

Technical Skills (Preferred):

? SAP B1 on HANA

? SQL queries and basic troubleshooting

? Integration tools and APIs

Education & Certification:

? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field

? SAP Business One Certification (Preferred)

Soft Skills:

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

? Ability to work independently and in a team

? Excellent communication and presentation skills

? Willingness to travel (if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
