Hiring Alert | SAP Business Analyst - Procurement | Noida (Sec 63)

BNC has been mandated to recruit an SAP Business Analyst - Procurement & Process Improvement for one of our reputed consulting clients based at Noida (Sector 63). This is an on-site role, and immediate joiners are preferred.

Location: Noida - Sector 63 (Client Location)

Budget: Up to ₹7 LPA

Joining: Immediate

Employment Type: Contract / On-roll (as applicable)

Qualification:

MBA with 1-2 years of experience in SAP Business Procurement Analyst.

Fluent in English (German language is desirable)

Experience in Purchasing and/or Finance with good IT understanding

Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4 HANA (MM Module) - desirable

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Expertise in cost-benefit analysis

Ability to create reports and dashboards

Customer-oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate in project management environments

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Continuously enhance SAP procurement transactions and processes to improve efficiency

Test new approval workflows in SAP and related system connections (e.g., RFC)

Gather, validate, and document procurement requirements

Identify risks, issues, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions

Ensure data hygiene in SAP systems by analyzing gaps, reporting issues, and supporting regional teams

Monitor implementation of new developments and conduct continuous training for key users across countries

Prepare user manuals and process documentation
