Summary:
The SAP BTP Integration Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing integration solutions using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This role requires a thorough understanding of integration processes, tools, and best practices, enabling seamless communication between SAP and non-SAP systems. The specialist will work closely with technical and business teams to ensure effective and efficient integration strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement integration scenarios using SAP BTP, focusing on integration services and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and determine appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain APIs and middleware connections to facilitate data exchange between systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, ensuring reliability and performance while addressing issues as they arise.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders regarding SAP BTP integration solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation of integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Stay updated with SAP BTP advancements and industry best practices to continuously improve integration capabilities.
- Participate in testing and validation of integration solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with SAP BTP and integration services, including knowledge of APIs and middleware technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
- Relevant SAP certifications in BTP or integration technologies are advantageous.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
- Demonstrated stable work history with long-term accountability in prior roles.
- Experience working in global delivery or multi-geography AMS environments.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility offshore leadership role with consistent US time-zone overlap.
- Strong written and verbal English (required)
- Experience with US/EU companies (preferred)
