Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate SAP BTP Faculty to train students or working professionals in the latest SAP Business Technology Platform services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BTP core modules and the ability to teach complex topics in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner. Key Responsibilities: Deliver instructor-led training sessions (online/offline) on SAP BTP services, including but not limited to: SAP BTP Architecture SAP Extension Suite & Integration Suite SAP HANA Cloud CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) SAP Fiori/UI5 development SAP Business Application Studio SAP BTP Security & Authorization Design course content, create hands-on labs, and prepare instructional materials aligned with SAP's latest curriculum. Evaluate and assess trainees' progress through assignments, quizzes, and real-time project work. Keep up with the latest developments in SAP BTP to update training modules accordingly. Provide mentorship and technical support to learners throughout the course duration. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in SAP BTP implementation or training. Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Foundry, Fiori/UI5, Node.js/Java/JavaScript, and REST APIs. Hands-on experience with SAP BTP cockpit, SAP Business Application Studio, and connectivity with backend systems (SAP S/4HANA, on-prem/cloud). Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Certification in SAP BTP or relevant SAP modules (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Skills: Experience with multi-tenant application development. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines in SAP BTP. Experience with integration services such as SAP CPI.
