Experience:
6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration, configuration, and management of SAP systems and HANA database.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration, configuration, and management of SAP systems and HANA database.
System monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization across multiple SAP modules.
SAP installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, and backup/recovery processes.
Database management, primarily SAP HANA (knowledge of Sybase/MaxDB is an added advantage).
Implementation and support of ChaRM (Change Request Management) within SAP Solution Manager.
Managing end-to-end change management processes including creation, approval, testing, and deployment of changes.
Troubleshooting ChaRM-related issues, managing retrofit scenarios, and ensuring audit/compliance readiness.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on SAP BASIS expertise.
Proficiency with SAP HANA database.
Experience with ChaRM implementation and support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
