: sPrimary Skills5 years of experience with minimum 3 years in SAP Basis Good understanding of SAP Solutions , PAM, Maintenance Planner etcGood understanding of SAP HANA, HA, DR conceptsGood verbal written communication skillsQuick learner and ability to acquire expertise with ECS Tools and Processes.Experience in SAP ECS Delivery as CTC SPOCCTC would be added advantageRole ActivitiesProcess simple to complex CDD requests first time rightBe able to understand ECS Tools used for CDD processing Review CDD requests for compliance to ECS standards approved solutions portfolio Verify landscape in PQA matches with contract Verify that landscape is as per ECS Design principlesVerify phases waves are maintained in tool as per contract Will need to work with Sales CAA for clarifications correctionsBe familiar with various deal offerings process CDD as applicable to the deal typeInteract with GDO regional leads for any exceptionsescalationsCoordinate with customer facing roles for Live systems CR CDD requests Be able to follow process for CDD requests having Non-Standard buildsCheck hardware availability depending
