We are seeking an experienced

SAP Basis Consultant

with 6-10 years of expertise in SAP system administration, performance tuning, and support. The consultant will work in a

night shift role

, supporting global clients under the

USI-CTS delivery model

.

Key Responsibilities

(Editable/Expandable):Perform SAP system administration, monitoring, and performance tuning. Manage

SAP installations, upgrades, support packages, and patches

. Handle

user administration, roles, and authorizations

. Troubleshoot

system errors, job failures, and connectivity issues

. Monitor

SAP HANA/Oracle/SQL databases

and ensure high availability. Work on

system refreshes, client copies, transport management, and backup/recovery

. Support integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Provide

24x7 production support

during the night shift.

Required Skills

6-10 years of SAP Basis experience with strong hands-on administration skills. Expertise in

SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, and SAP Solution Manager

. Knowledge of

database administration

(HANA/Oracle/SQL Server/DB2). Experience with

OS administration (Windows/Linux/Unix)

. Familiarity with

SAP security concepts

and user management. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have

Experience in

SAP Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)

hosting. Knowledge of

SAP Fiori administration

. Exposure to

SAP upgrades/migration projects

. * ITIL certification or experience in ticketing tools like

ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA
