What you`ll do:




Summary:




We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator with 2-3 years of SAP BASIS administration experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical understanding with operational efficiency. The Operations Coordinator will support the SAP operations team through reporting, project coordination, and continuous improvement efforts, while also managing customer visit logistics and internal initiatives.





Key Responsibilities:




Prepare and share regular reports on incidents, problems, and customer forums using MS PowerPoint and Excel Support coordination of system checks, audits, and landscape hygiene follow-ups. Plan, manage, and support small projects and process improvement initiatives. Track project timelines, risks, and updates for stakeholders. Collaborate with the operations team to improve processes and documentation. Standardize documentation and workflows with cross-functional teams. Manage end-to-end coordination of customer visits (logistics, scheduling, content). Act as a link between operations and customer engagement teams. Maintain internal documentation (e.g., team wiki, trackers). Organize and orchestrate various meetings



Experience (Role Requirements)




Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration or coordination role in a similar environment. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate project plans and status. F
amiliarity with SAP landscape monitoring, system documentation, and operational reporting. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with reporting tools or ticketing systems is a plus. Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Solution Manager) Exposure to ITIL practices (especially incident, problem, and change management. Interest in learning and supporting continuous improvement
