JD 1 (SAP System Administration &; Management Operations): 5-12 years of experience Single point of contact for SAP System Admin &; Operations SAP License Management &; Governance Install/upgrade SAP software with Lifecycle Support Monitor system capacity &; performance Troubleshoot SAP technical issues Implement SAP performance improvement plans Proactively manage SAP systems &; security Manage SAP transport &; release management Support audits &; compliance activities JD 2 (Control-M Administration): Experience with Control-M on Distributed Systems Job scheduling &; troubleshooting Unix Shell Scripting (K Shell, BASH) Knowledge of NFS, NAS, SAN Control modules/Application plugins Automation &; improvements projects Disaster Recovery Planning Incident &; Change management (ITIL) On-call Support &; 24x7 Shift
