Job Description

Assist in the

installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance

of SAP systems and environments. Support

user administration, system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

activities. Work with the team to handle

client copies, system refreshes, and transport management

. Support

database administration

activities (backup, restore, performance checks). Assist in applying

support packages, patches, and upgrades

under supervision. Monitor system logs, background jobs, and security settings. Document system processes, issue resolutions, and technical procedures. Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams for smooth operations..

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BTech/MCA) Basic understanding of

operating systems (Windows/Linux/Unix)

and

databases (Oracle/SQL/DB2/HANA)

. Good knowledge of

networking, system administration, or cloud concepts

is an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn

SAP BASIS and system administration

. Good communication and teamwork skills.
