Minimum 5 Years of SAP Basis Experience:
Proven hands-on expertise in SAP Basis administration, including system installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP NetWeaver and S/4HANA environments.
Expertise in Upgrades and Migrations:
Strong experience with SAP version upgrades, Enhancement Package installations, and system migrations (e.g., OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions, SAP S/4HANA migrations using SUM/DMO tools).
Complex System Environment Experience:
Worked in large-scale, enterprise-level SAP landscapes with multiple application servers, integration points (e.g., PI/PO, third-party systems), and landscape components such as SAP Fiori, BW/4HANA, and Solution Manager.
High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR):
In-depth knowledge of setting up and managing SAP systems in HA and DR configurations.
Experience with cluster setups using tools like SUSE HAE, Red Hat Cluster, or Windows Failover Clustering.
Proven ability to configure and test DR scenarios using replication tools like HANA System Replication (HSR) and storage-based replication solutions.
Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies, and automation of failover procedures.
Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills:
Capable of root cause analysis and performance tuning in high-pressure environments.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
