We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient

SAP BASIS Consultant

with 2 to 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing SAP system landscapes, performing installations, upgrades, and maintaining system health, as well as ensuring system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, monitor, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI, etc.). Perform system upgrades, support packages, kernel patches, and database maintenance. Perform client copies, system refreshes, transports, and backup activities. Manage SAP landscape and system administration including users, roles, authorizations, and transports. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot SAP and database-related issues. Coordinate with functional teams for resolving technical issues. Work on HANA and traditional databases like Oracle/SQL. Handle SAP security administration and ensure compliance. Support SAP BASIS in cloud or on-premise deployments. Participate in DR drills, audit preparation, and documentation.

Required Skills:

2 to 5+ years of experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant. Strong expertise in SAP system administration including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc. Good understanding of database platforms (HANA, Oracle, MS SQL). Experience in SAP installations, upgrades, and migrations. Knowledge of transport management, spool administration, background jobs, and troubleshooting. Exposure to SAP security, user administration, and authorizations. Experience with SAP Solution Manager is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP BASIS Certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support SAP PS modules for end-to-end project management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) to ensure smooth integration with PS. Analyze business requirements and prepare functional design documents. Provide support during SAP project lifecycle phases including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment. Handle change requests and incident management for SAP PS-related issues. Conduct user training and prepare documentation. Participate in upgrade and migration projects as required.

Required Skills:

2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PS implementation and support. Strong understanding of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Networks, Milestones, Project Planning & Budgeting. Integration knowledge with SAP modules like MM, SD, FI/CO. Experience in SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. SAP Certification in PS is a plus.
