• Extensive experience in SAP Basis operation management for large SAP landscapes

• Good experience on SAP Implementation/Upgrade/Migration and Support projects

• Experience in Solution Manager configuration and setup

• Experience in OS Linux /Unix/Windows and Database Oracle, SQL, DB2 and HANA

• SAP & HANA version upgrade planning and execution

• Sizing and planning SAP component installation & integration

• Good knowledge and experience on Cloud technology (various Cloud platforms) and

managing SAP landscape on Cloud platform

• Experience in optimizing Basis service delivery by defect reduction and process

enhancements

• Effort reduction by automating repetitive basis tasks and auto defect resolution

• Resolving critical issues within expected SLA's

• Co-ordinating with different teams and stakeholder for Basis deliverables and other

support requirements

• Reporting and management from technical perspective

• Understanding of ITIL processes.
