Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain SAP Business One system performance, configuration, and security.
Lead SAP B1 implementation, upgrade, and integration projects.
Customize and optimize SAP modules to streamline business processes.
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
Develop reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP supports business needs.
Coordinate with vendors and consultants for technical support and enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing or supporting SAP Business One.
Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules, SQL, Crystal Reports, and add-on development.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience leading projects and managing technical teams preferred.
