Key Responsibilities

System Implementation & Configuration

Configure SAP?B1 modules--Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, HR and Quality Control--optimized for fabrication, machining, pressure vessel manufacturing, and related workflows.

Business Process Analysis

Conduct workshops with engineering, production, QC, HR and finance teams to map current processes and identify optimization opportunities, such as shop-floor tracking, inventory accuracy, job-order costing, and production scheduling.

Data Migration & Reporting

Lead data migration from legacy spreadsheets or ERPs into SAP?B1 running on MS?SQL Server. Develop insightful reports using Crystal Reports, SQL queries, and SAP B1's Query Manager.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Define and execute test plans--including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing--focused on production and QC transactions. Collaborate with IT and engineering to resolve issues.

User Training & Ongoing Support

Design and deliver training programs for shop-floor operators, planners, QC inspectors, and finance staff. Provide hands-on support post-go-live to address system-related questions and ensure smooth adoption.

Project Management

Lead end-to-end SAP?B1 implementation--from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support--ensuring deliverables are on schedule and aligned with Raunaq's operational goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Coordinate with plant management, production, QC, logistics, finance to translate business needs into system configurations and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

ERP & SAP B1 Experience

2-4 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP Business One on MS?SQL Server, ideally in manufacturing or fabrication settings.

Technical & Reporting Skills

Strong skills in SQL Server, crafting SQL queries, creating Crystal Reports, and using SAP B1's Query Manager.

Analytical & Communication Skills

Ability to map and optimize complex production workflows, explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, and troubleshoot system issues.

Team Collaboration & Adaptability

Thrives in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments, demonstrating flexibility to meet evolving manufacturing needs.

Desirable Attributes

SAP B1 Certification

Preferred or in-progress certification that demonstrates formal knowledge in addition to practical experience.

Add-on/SDK Exposure

Familiarity with SAP B1 SDK, custom add-ons, or scripting, useful for tailoring workflows or custom reports.

Continuous Improvement Mind-set

Eager to learn about product updates, cloud developments, and ecosystem best practices, even within an SQL-based environment.
