Purpose of the job:
The Regional Business Process Owner is the SAP Ariba metier referee for the region in charge
The RBPO deploy, stabilize survey and support in his region and metier, the SAP Ariba standar processess
The RBPO animates and develops the Champions/Key User network within his region to secure the business transformation
Drives the methodology implemented for the S2C adoption for the region & presents the KPI on missed opportunities
Provide the information to the regional procurement team & collabtores with them on timely basis and educate them on the KPI's
Provide training & support to achive the S2C adoption KPI
Implements governance to ensure that the KPI are progressing and involves necessary stakholders to achive the target set
Position in the orgnaization:
The APAC RBPO hierarchially reports the Digital Transformation & Process Efficiency organization and in dotted line to the region GPCC organization
Network & Links
With central team(BPO,IS Referees) due to the expertise in the metier & IS Tool, solution upgrade, performance follow-up (control tower) & documentation in local language
With KU/Champions as an actor of the SAP Ariba process on their sites
With other stream RBPE's(GSI,Supply Chain,Finance)in the team to ensure the consistency of the interlinked processess and tools streamwise
With the SAP Ariba project team (Business, IS&T, Providers, BPO) for development
With the SAP Run team ( IS&T, Providers, BPO) for continous improvement and transformation conern
Mission:
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Project Deployment:
The RBPO submit the gap analysis to global BPO before new IS implementations
The RBPO and BPO validate the solution proposed by program and support its implementation
During implementations RBPO helps sites for developing training sessions (as defined by program) Coaching, KU/Champions & Roll-outs
In case of specific site process, the RBPO can propose workarounds aligned with RBPE's from other stream and central corresponding BPO's
System and Process sustainability:
Animation & Contact:
+ The RBPO's are the entry points for KU/Champions and department heads conerning the processess related to their metier in the related region
+ The RBPO creates, sustain and develop KU/Champions networks
Process application:
+ Communicates and ensures process model is applied in their respective region according to appropriate tool
+ Ensures site alignment on targeted processess,through extractions,consolidated indicators coming from sites (effectiveness metrics) in order to share build their appropriate action plan
Support & Training
+ Assessess the KU/Champions competencies for skill matrix and developement management of the KU/Champions(linked with central)
+ Validates the training guides for the region
Solution Follow-up
+ According to users not covered by the solution or not efficient, RBPO could suggest process upgrades to central BPO coming from expertise
+ Capture the benefits expected from the value add from SAP Ariba
Measurement:
Regular update of the KPI's and the process maturity matrix
Followup and closing the action plan
Appreciation from site management for SAP Ariba usage
Quick reponse to process issues from the site
Providing solutions within SAP Ariba for localized processess
Qualification:
Minimum 5 years experienced person, with a sound knowledge
Minimum 2 years' experience in deep usage of Procurement solutions

eProcurement (ePASS, eBuy, Perfect buy)
Ideally, fundamental understanding of the below metiers:
Procurement
Project management
MM module in GSI
Behavioral Requirements
Focused on continuous improvement, & efficiency.
Capacity to train Key-Users / Champion and follow their technical
Operational leadership to be the voice of the Processes Metier
