We are seeking an SAP Integration Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing APIs across SAP and non-SAP applications. The role requires strong knowledge of API-first principles, integration patterns, and modern security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain REST, OData, and SOAP services using SAP Gateway, SPROXY, and SICF.
Implement API security including OAuth2, JWT, API keys, rate limiting, and versioning.
Design and document APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger.
Conduct integration testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Work closely with Architecture Review Board, SAP CoE, and Cybersecurity teams for compliance and design reviews.
Develop and support integrations using SAP CPI, PI/PO, API Management, and BTP Integration Suite.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
REST/OData/SOAP, RFCs, IDocs, JSON,
and
XML.
Experience with
API Management, token flows, throttling,
and security standards.
Ability to prepare
API specifications, interface catalogs,
and technical design documents.
