CTG is seeking to fill a SAP ABAP Developer opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months
Duties:
Design, develop, and support application solutions with a focus on the HANA version of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
Analyze requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions aligned with business needs.
Develop and re-engineer highly complex application components and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple platforms.
Perform system testing, debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimized ABAP development.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Create and maintain technical documentation and follow development standards.
Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP ABAP development on HANA.
Working knowledge of SAP HANA technical concepts and architecture.
Proficiency in ABAP Development Tools (ADT), Core Data Services (CDS), ADBC, and Native SQL.
Hands-on experience with data modeling using HANA Studio, database procedures, and text search.
Knowledge of ALV on HANA and HANA Live model consumption.
Strong understanding of code performance rules and optimization for SAP HANA.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
Experience working on SAP HANA projects with a focus on performance optimization.
Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex ABAP applications and enhancements.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile or Waterfall environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
