• Professional Grade C1 C2 Skills 7-10 years
• Basis knowledge for SAP systems including different applications like ERP BW PI PO Maintenance of AS ABAP and AS Java Technical interface knowledge aware of cloud and new technology SAP migration background Backup restore and HA DR for SAP and DB
• 7 years experience in HANA and maintenance with Basis Solution Manager setup and configuration monitoring and alerting
• Good communication presentation reporting and leadership skills Problem solving and conflict resolution ability
• GXP experience would be helpful Tasks
• Be the point of contact for external and internal communications Standard run operations Work on incidents problems changes service requests alignment with client doing health checks for the systems align parameter changes
• SAP Basis and DB operations Maintain Backup restore and HA DR concepts Solution Manager configuration and integration Performance and EWA analysis Implementation of SAP notes and security recommendations Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards GXP Steering the infrastructure team Alignment with SAP AO team
