Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
Day-in-the-Life (DITL) Activities
- Develop and maintain DITL planning documents and execution schedules in alignment with project timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, IT, operations) to simulate realistic daily business scenarios using the new system.
- Identify key personas, roles, and scenarios that represent critical business operations.
- Ensure that DITL activities test real-world use cases across the value chain.
- Collect feedback, log issues, and track resolution.
Business Readiness
- Coordinate readiness activities including business cutover planning, process alignment, communications, and training support.
- Track readiness KPIs (e.g., training completion, data validation, environment readiness, stakeholder signoffs).
- Conduct readiness assessments and escalate risks or gaps to leadership.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage business stakeholders, super users, and project team members to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates with clear documentation and follow-ups.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Activate.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience in application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
