SAP Accounts Executive

to join our accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting transactions in

SAP

(purchase, sales, journal entries, etc.) Handle

accounts payable and receivable

, vendor reconciliation, and payment processing. Prepare and maintain

GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports

. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in

financial audits

and ensure proper documentation of records. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper cost allocation and expense tracking. Generate

financial statements and MIS reports

from SAP. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting ledgers and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred).

1-3 years

of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company. Hands-on experience in

SAP (FI/CO module)

is a must. Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, and general accounting principles

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and accounting reports. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling

vendor payments, purchase orders, and invoicing

in SAP. Exposure to

inventory accounting

or

costing

. Knowledge of

audit preparation and statutory filings

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
