+ Provide Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP ABAP-HR objects and programmes.
+ Manage incident, service request, and change tickets related to HR reports and enhancements.
+ Develop, modify, and enhance custom HR reports using ABAP-HR reporting, logical databases (PNP / PNPCE), and HR macros and function modules.
+ Implement changes to reports, update selection screens, format outputs, and optimise performance.
+ Debug and resolve issues associated with infotypes, payroll results (cluster tables), and time management data.
+ Collaborate closely with functional consultants specialising in OM, PA/PO, Payroll, and Time modules to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Technical Skills
+ Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP-HR.
+ Strong knowledge of HR infotypes and structures, logical databases (PNP / PNPCE), and payroll and time management clusters.
+ Experience in custom report development, enhancements, user exits, and HR-specific BAdIs.
+ Competence in performance tuning of HR reports.
+ Basic understanding of HR authorisations and data security.
+ Familiarity with transport management and change control processes.
