We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

SAP ABAP Trainer

to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge of SAP ABAP and a passion for teaching and mentoring students or professionals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive training sessions on

SAP ABAP

modules, including programming concepts, data dictionary, reports, module pool programming, enhancements, and performance tuning. Design, develop, and deliver training materials, assignments, and projects aligned with real-time business scenarios. Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, and practical exercises to ensure an effective learning experience. Deliver both

classroom

and

online

sessions as per the training schedule. Assess learners' progress through tests, coding tasks, and project evaluations. Provide guidance and mentorship to students for project work and certification preparation. Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP ABAP, S/4HANA, and related technologies. Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to enhance course quality and ensure successful learner outcomes. Provide feedback and support to learners to help them overcome technical challenges. Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports for all sessions conducted.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science

,

Information Technology

, or related field. Minimum

2-5 years of hands-on experience

in

SAP ABAP development

. Strong understanding of: Data Dictionary Objects (Tables, Views, Data Elements, Domains) Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV) Module Pool Programming Enhancements, Exits, BADI, and User Exits Smart Forms / SAP Scripts RFC, BAPIs, and IDocs ABAP on HANA (Preferred) Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills. Prior experience in

training, teaching, or corporate coaching

will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
