Qualifications:

? Educational Background: Graduation in Engineering or related technical field.

Core Competencies:

? Strong analytical skills.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate to advanced level).

? Ability to work effectively with databases and Management Information Systems (MIS).

? Capability to multitask and manage daily assignments efficiently.

? Willingness to work in shifts.

Technical Skills (Preferred):

? Knowledge or certification in programming languages such as PHP, MySQL, JAVA, ABAP, UI5, etc., is an advantage.

? SAP Certification will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills:

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

? Service-oriented mindset.

? Team player with self-motivation and a proactive attitude.

Learning Orientation:

? Eagerness to learn new skills and adopt emerging technologies.
