Technical Program Lead

to drive the end-to-end development and delivery of

SAP-based solutions

. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in

SAP ABAP full-stack development,

experience leading technical team with cross-functional product teams, and a strong ability to engage with enterprise clients on program execution, solution delivery, and continuous improvement.

Detailed :-

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical program execution for

SAP product development

initiatives across multiple workstreams. Partner with product management, architecture, and delivery teams to define and track project scope, milestones, and deliverables. Apply expertise in

SAP ABAP full-stack (ABAP on HANA, Web Dynpro,ABAP CDS, RAP, Fiori/UI5, OData, gateway services)

to guide solution design and

technical implementation on SAP Cloud

Manage client interfacing--ensuring requirements clarity, milestone sign-offs, and proactive communication on progress and risks. Enable agile development and DevOps best practices within the SAP ecosystem. Coordinate integration with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards. Mentor development teams and facilitate code reviews, technical quality assurance, and knowledge sharing. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, automation, and technical excellence

Qualifications & Skills:

15+ years of experience in

SAP product

or custom solution development, with at least 5 years in program or technical leadership. Strong hands-on background in

SAP ABAP full-stack technologies

, including Core

ABAP, HANA CDS, BOPF, Web Dynpro, UI5, Fiori.

Proven ability to manage large, complex SAP development programs with multiple stakeholders. Experience in integrating SAP components using modern interface frameworks and tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and SAP Cloud (BTP) environments preferred.

Preferred Background:

Experience working with global clients or SAP product engineering teams. SAP certifications or exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation programs. Prior experience in SaaS product development within the SAP ecosystem is a plus. Good to have : for internal filter / communication (Not to be included in the JD shared outside) Based in Bangalore or ability to travel to Bangalore frequently, if required
