Key Objectives of this Role:Architect and oversee development of complex custom solutions across SAP modules in S/4HANA environments. Mentor and guide development teams; enforce coding standards and best practices. Engage stakeholders and functional teams to understand business needs and translate into scalable technical designs. Drive optimization, performance tuning, and adoption of new SAP technologies

Key Performance Indicators:Success rate of delivered projects (on-time, within budget, high user acceptance). Reduction in defects through code reviews and proactive risk mitigation. Team performance and skill advancement. Value created through solution reusability and optimization.

Key Year One Deliverables:Establish and document best-practice guidelines for development and testing. Collaborate and Lead the Vendor Development Team to deliver solutions timely. Perform Code Reviews

Qualification, Experience and Skills:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline. 7-9 years of deep ABAP experience, including at least 5 years on S/4HANA. SAP ODATA service development and testing is required. Proven ability in solution architecture, performance tuning, debugging, and technical project management. Experience in RAP ABAP is a must. Strength in advanced ABAP (CDS Views, OData, AMDP, SAP Fiori/UI5). Experience collaborating with business, executive teams, and cross-functional global environments. Knowledge of CPI is a plus.
