The Senior SAP ABAP Lead oversees and guides development teams to design, build, and deliver high?quality SAP S/4HANA solutions

, ensuring alignment with business objectives, clean?core principles, and SAP best practices across end?to?end implementation initiatives.

of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, along with strong technical and people leadership skills. Individuals in this role are expected to lead end-to-end implementations on SAP S/4HANA, guide and mentor a team of developers, and take ownership of solution design and delivery. They are responsible for planning and coordinating the team's tasks, providing ongoing technical direction, conducting quality reviews, and ensuring high standards of performance and delivery outcomes.
