Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP HR professional to join a CMMI L5 MNC in various locations across India including New Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, and Chandigarh. This is a full-time position requiring expertise in SAP, ABAP, and HR. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP HCM, data migration, and workflow management to support our expanding operations.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP (Mandatory skill) with demonstrated experience in handling complex projects and delivering optimal solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in ABAP (Mandatory skill) development to customize and enhance SAP modules efficiently.
  • Expertise in SAP HR (Mandatory skill) applications to integrate and manage human resource processes effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP HCM involved in managing employee data and business workflows seamlessly.
  • Ability to perform data migration with precision ensuring data integrity and seamless transition in projects.
  • Proven experience in workflow management to enhance automation and improve operational efficiency within SAP environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in translating business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SAP HR solutions using ABAP programming to meet organizational needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to design, configure, test, and support SAP HR modules and applications.
  • Provide expertise in technical specifications and system configurations to optimize SAP HR tools and functionalities.
  • Perform data migration activities ensuring accuracy and completeness of data transferred to the new system.
  • Manage workflow processes to automate and streamline HR operations, improving overall business efficiency.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues related to SAP HR modules promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation to assist in knowledge transfer and system training for end-users.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and support business growth objectives.
