Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain and implement innovative ABAP solutions within both R/3 and S/4HANA systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Identify and resolve bugs and system dumps, proactively monitoring system health to enhance stability and user experience.
• Debug and troubleshoot IDOC distribution errors, ensuring seamless data interchange and integrity across systems.
• Drive the evolution of existing solutions through continuous development and enhancements, aligning with business requirements and best practices.
• Provide technical support to the Data team, offering expertise in ABAP to facilitate data management and integration processes.
• Design low-level technical solutions, translating business needs into effective programming specifications while adhering to SAP standards.

Qualifications:
Experience:

• 7-9 YRS

Required Skill:

• ABAP Programming (6+ years of experience):

• Extensive experience in developing and maintaining ABAP-based solutions, including enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and conversions.
• SAP Modules:

• Strong understanding of SAP core modules (SD, FI, Customer Master Data) and their integration points within SAP landscapes.
• Object-Oriented ABAP:

• Advanced proficiency in OO-ABAP and familiarity with modern ABAP development practices.
• SAP Data Dictionary:

• Mastery of data dictionary objects like tables, views, search helps, and domains.
• ABAP Debugging & Performance Tuning:

• Expertise in identifying and optimizing performance issues within SAP code and processes.
• CDS Views and AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures):

• Practical experience in creating and managing Core Data Services (CDS) views and database procedures.
• SAP Enhancements & Modifications:

• Proficient in user exits, BADI, BAPI, and enhancement frameworks.
• Integration Expertise:

• Familiar with interfaces such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and web services for system integration.

Soft Skills:

• Teamwork & Collaboration:

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Resilience Under Pressure:

• Capable of handling high-pressure situations during the course of the maintenance activities.

Nice to have:

• Familiar with ADT (Abap development tools) for creating CDS and better support code development
