Job Title: SAP ABAP (HR) Consultant

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to 25LPA

Experience: 7+ Years

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP (HR) Consultant with a strong background in SAP Human Resources (HR) modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ABAP development specifically focused on HR modules and possess the expertise to contribute effectively to our HRSP upgrade project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the HR team to understand requirements and provide technical solutions leveraging SAP ABAP.

- Participate in the HRSP upgrade project, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption to operations.

- Debugging and troubleshooting issues related to replication processes.

- Understanding and optimizing the data flow from Payroll to SAP FI, ensuring seamless HR-FI integration.

- Develop and maintain ODATA services, CDS views, and AMDP procedures.

- Design and develop Fragmented Adobe Forms for HR related documents.

- Utilize DDIC (Data Dictionary) for data modeling and management.

- Develop and maintain Reports, Conversions, Enhancements, and Interfaces in alignment with project requirements.

- Ensure adherence to Clean Core Concepts and best practices in ABAP development.

- Implement SAP Notes, manage SPAU and SPDD transactions efficiently.

Requirements:

Must Haves:

- Proficiency in ODATA, CDS, AMDP, Fragmented Adobe Forms, and DDIC.

- Extensive experience in Report, Conversion, Enhancement, and Interface development.

- Strong understanding of Clean Core Concepts and SAP Notes Implementation.

- Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

- Experience with SPAU and SPDD transactions.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with RAP (Rapid Application Programming) and SAP Extension concepts.

- Knowledge of SAP FI and document flow.

- Basic understanding of Fiori Elements using CDS and RAP.

- Experience with SAP Extension using In-App Extension and Key User Extension.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on HR modules.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
