Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join our technical team at the jaipur location.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ABAP development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and debugging. He will act as a key technical resource, collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Develop and maintain RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) within the SAP landscape.
Technical Analysis: Analyze functional specifications and provide technical solutions, estimations, and technical specification documents.
Performance Tuning: Perform code reviews and optimize ABAP code for performance and efficiency using tools like Runtime Analysis and SQL Trace.
System Integration: Design and implement interfaces using IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, OData services, and proxies to integrate SAP with non-SAP systems.
RF & Barcode Development: Design and maintain RF (Radio Frequency) scanning programs (ITS Mobile/SAP Console) for warehouse management and material movements.
Support & Debugging: Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement bug fixes.
Modernization: Participate in new migration projects and leverage modern ABAP syntaxes and paradigms (e.g., CDS Views, AMDP).
Required Technical Skills
Core ABAP: Proficiency in Data Dictionary, ALV Reports (Classic/OO), Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and Module Pool Programming.
Enhancements: Extensive experience with User Exits, BADIs, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements, and the Enhancement Framework.
Integration: Strong knowledge of ALE/IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Object-Oriented ABAP: Solid understanding and practical application of OO design patterns.
S/4HANA & Fiori: Experience with CDS Views, AMDP, and basic knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 is highly desirable.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in SAP ABAP development.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Lifecycle: Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations or support projects.
Modules: Familiarity with core SAP functional modules (SD, MM, FICO, PP, etc.) to understand business processes.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
