Job Description

Basic knowledge of sanitary napkin manufacturing machinery Understanding of machine operations and minor troubleshooting Ability to follow quality standards Awareness of hygiene and safety practices Basic reading, writing, and record-keeping skills Operate sanitary napkin manufacturing machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Set up machines for production, including raw material loading and parameter adjustments. Monitor machine performance and production output regularly. Ensure correct GSM, size, sealing, and packing quality of sanitary napkins. Perform routine checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance of machines. Identify and report machine breakdowns or abnormalities to the maintenance team. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the production area. Record daily production data, downtime, and material usage. Minimize wastage and ensure efficient utilization of raw materials. Follow quality control guidelines and comply with company policies. Support packing and labeling activities when required.
