Sangha Nova Resort -- Front Desk Executive (Rishikesh)

Join the front line of elegance at Sangha Nova, Rishikesh's premier wellness and longevity resort by the TerraMD Group. We are looking for a Front Desk Executive who embodies grace, professionalism, and discretion.

Position: Front Desk Executive

Location: Tapovan, Rishikesh

Type: Full-time (on-site)

About the Role

As the face of Sangha Nova, you will be the first point of contact for our distinguished guests -- including international wellness visitors, doctors, and retreat participants. You will ensure a seamless check-in experience, handle guest inquiries with warmth, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with elegance and professionalism

Manage check-in/check-out processes smoothly

Handle phone calls, messages, and reservations

Coordinate with housekeeping, spa, and clinic teams

Maintain guest privacy and uphold confidentiality

Support event and retreat operations as needed

Requirements

Excellent English communication (spoken and written)

Polished and professional demeanor

Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality

Prior hospitality or front office experience preferred

Comfortable with technology (POS, booking systems, WhatsApp/Zoho/Excel)

Calm under pressure, reliable, and detail-oriented
