Job Summary:

A Sandwich Artist is responsible for preparing and serving customized sandwiches and other menu items to customers in a clean, safe, and friendly environment. They are expected to deliver excellent customer service, maintain food safety standards, and support store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a positive and friendly experience Take customer orders and prepare sandwiches as per company recipes or customizations Handle food safely and maintain hygiene in food preparation areas Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Maintain cleanliness of the counter, kitchen area, and dining space Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food handling, portion control, and service speed Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for billing and transactions Assist in receiving and organizing inventory deliveries Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Support team members during rush hours and assist with opening/closing duties

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems Attention to detail and customer preferences
