Job Role -Field Sales Executive1. Conduct daily visits to 30-35 retailers (provision, kirana, and medical stores) to collect orders and foster strong relationships.2. Identify and onboard new retailer outlets to replace closed or underperforming locations, ensuring seamless coverage and business continuity.3. Deliver business and fundamental targets, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.4. Plan, execute, and maintain high-quality coverage to maximize business results while minimizing costs.5. Provide regular, accurate, and timely reports on in-store results, financial performance, competitive activities, and sales initiatives to inform business decisions6. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.7.
