Job Summary:

Responsible for operating and monitoring the sand plant an moulding machine to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production of moulds as per process parameters and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate molding machine and sand plant equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain correct sand quality parameters (moisture, resin ratio, hardness, etc.) for moulding operations. Monitor sand mixing, reclamation, and distribution processes. Conduct routine checks and report any mechanical or process abnormalities to the supervisor. Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area. Follow all safety and environmental guidelines during operation. Record daily production data and report shift performance to the supervisor.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification:

ITI /Dip in Mechanical

Experience:

1-3 years in sand plant or Rhino machine moulding operation

Skills Required:

Knowledge of sand mixing, moulding process, and machine operation Basic mechanical and maintenance understanding Awareness of foundry safety practices Ability to work in shifts and under production targets

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
