Job Description

We are looking for SAN & Network Security Engineers to ensure the reliability, security, and recoverability of our enterprise IT infrastructure. This is a hybrid role that spans enterprise storage (SAN/NAS), backup and disaster recovery, as well as network and endpoint security. Ideal candidates will have strong hands-on expertise across both infrastructure and security domains.
Key Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in storage, networking, or security administration
• Expertise with Dell SAN and QNAP NAS
• Backup solutions (Veeam or equivalent) and DR planning/testing
• Network management (Fortinet firewalls, Dell switches, APs, VPNs)
• Endpoint/XDR security administration (SentinelOne or equivalent)
• Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and compliance/audit readiness skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily backup/restore operations and offsite replication.
• Administer SAN/NAS storage allocation, health, and performance.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and wireless APs.
• Enforce endpoint and network security policies.
• Handle firewall and access control change requests.
• Support internal and external audits (KPMG, Lockheed, etc.).
• Provide resilience across both storage/backup and network/security domains.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset.
• Spanish language proficiency is optional but highly desirable and considered an advantage.
