Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and design-savvy Sampling Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to the development of premium menswear pieces that reflect the Hamptons aesthetic. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end sampling process, ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and alignment with brand standards. The position requires strong coordination skills with vendors, embroidery operators, and internal teams to bring each design to life.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop samples aligned with the Hamptons aesthetic & brand vibe.
Source fabrics by coordinating with trusted fabric vendors.
Liaise with embroidery operators to ensure precise execution of sampling.
Manage the entire sampling cycle: from fabric sourcing ? embroidery execution ? finishing the final sample.
Ensure all samples are completed within designated timelines and with attention to detail.
Ideal Candidate:
Should have a keen eye for design, detailing, and trends.
Strong communication & follow-up skills with vendors and operators.
Organized, deadline-oriented, and passionate about premium menswear.
