Roles & Responsibilities:

Sample coordination, Sample development, customer coordination, follow up
Co-ordination with Merchandiser designers, when required
Co-ordinating with quality assurance team to ensure timely and routine inspection at different stages of production.
Handling vendor relationships to effectively manage the working relationship
Costing, sourcing, and orders follow-up of Individual styles.
Handling all the necessary details to the production department and ensure production to be in time.
Execution of sourcing trims/ accessories
Preparing production file with details documents, approvals, samples and swatches and comments on sample from buyer.
Execution of orders whether it is running on time
Preparing bill of material
