Job Overview:

We are hiring a

Sampling Executive

to manage the full sampling process in our

digital fabric printing unit

. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of fabrics, color matching, and must be able to coordinate directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all work related to

fabric sample printing

. Select the right

fabric

as per design and print needs. Match

colors

accurately using Pantone or sample references. Work with the printing and heat press team for sample execution. Do

quality checks

for color, print clarity, and fabric finish.

Coordinate with clients

for sample approvals, feedback, and updates. Keep records of each sample and client communication. Manage all sampling tasks

independently

and on time.

Requirements:

1 to 5 years of experience in digital fabric printing sampling. Good understanding of

fabrics, printing process, and colors

. Able to handle

client coordination

for sample discussions. Knowledge of print files (TIFF, PDF) and basic computer skills. Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
