We are looking for an experienced Sampling Incharge to manage and coordinate the complete garment sampling process. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, and production coordination.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sampling activities from development to final approval
Coordinate with design, merchandising, cutting, and stitching teams
Ensure samples are made as per buyer specifications, measurements, and timelines
Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories availability for sampling
Maintain sample records, comments, and revisions
Ensure quality, fit, and finishing standards in all samples
Follow up on sample approvals and re-sampling if required
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience as a Sampling Incharge or similar role
Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and measurements
Ability to manage multiple samples and deadlines
Strong coordination and communication skills
Location: Anuparpalayam Pudhur
Working Time: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
