Job Description

Responsible for preparing sample garments based on new designs and specifications. This includes executing detailed stitching work, understanding designer instructions, and ensuring high-quality finishing. The role requires precision, creativity, and the ability to translate design ideas into well-constructed sample pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

Stitch and assemble sample garments according to design sketches, patterns, and specifications. Collaborate with the design team to understand new styles and required detailing. Handle delicate fabrics, trims, and embellishments with care. Suggest practical adjustments to improve garment fit or finish during sampling. Ensure the highest level of stitching quality and finishing for all samples. Assist in fitting sessions and note required alterations. Ability to handle and organize fabric rolls. Physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a team.
