: Fabric Showroom Incharge (Office assistant cum fabric store)
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
:-
1) Work on inspirations/Mood boards received from sales Person/Customer
2) Arrange qualities against mood boards from our office showroom .
3) Keep a follow up on weekly basis with sales team of submission of samples.
4) Ask sourcing Person to arrange new Products as Per Market or customer Requirements or as per mood boards which we don't have in our showroom
5) Receipt of Import Courier handling & measure all the samples & mention all the things received in courier in Courier Receipt & give to accounts to make invoices/CHALLAN ACCORDINGLY.
6) All the courier receipt from china must keep something in our india office with Proper label of when we sent & whome to send & from which supplier it came. & check in crm how much is the customer requirement & send to customer accordingly.
7) Need to analysis the physical sample received from sales team & check if we have in our office showroom & update to sales Person accordingly.
8)Organize the small samples with categories & yardages with Proper labelling
9) To keep an record of all the samples sent to customer & shipping samples with proper label
10) ability to work on website/Crm
11) Send PPT to markeing Team of New Samples.
12) To Prepare Export Courier & give details to accounts through crm to make Invoice
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
