Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Production Manager

for our

Sample Section

in a leading garments factory. The ideal candidate should have

strong production knowledge

and hands-on experience in managing sample development processes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the sample production section Ensure timely and accurate sample delivery according to buyer requirements Coordinate with merchandisers, pattern makers, and sewing operators Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues Manage team performance and ensure efficient workflow Monitor inventory of sample materials and tools

Requirements:

Minimum

3 to 5 years

of relevant experience in a garment sample section In-depth understanding of garment construction, sampling processes, and production techniques Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
