Key Responsibilities

Coordinate jewellery sample lining from design/CAD to final sample

Track sample progress, timelines, and approvals

Ensure correct materials, stones, finishes, and specifications are used

Liaise with design, CAD, karigar/artisan, and production teams

Communicate design corrections and modifications clearly

Maintain records of sample status, revisions, and approvals

Identify delays or issues in sample development and follow up for resolution

Support quality checks and buyer presentation readiness

Required Skills and Qualifications

Basic understanding of jewellery manufacturing and sampling processes

Knowledge of jewellery components, stones, and finishes

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking

Education and Experience

Diploma or degree in Jewellery Design, Manufacturing, or related field

1-4 years of experience in jewellery sample lining or coordination

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience in fashion or export jewellery

Ability to read CAD/design sheets

Knowledge of costing basics and production feasibility

Work Environment

Office and workshop-based role with regular interaction with artisans

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,008.33 - ₹30,260.93 per month
