Define and track sample milestone plan (timeline / quantities / technical contents) based on project milestone plan

Align, define and follow up on sample project plan and sample cost with sample shop, purchasing and engineering

Order clarification and provide input for internal orders to sample shop

Consolidate all internal and external sample demands (eg. baseline releases, change management, risk management)

Follow up and track internal sample orders until delivery and update in case of changes

Manage relevant bottlenecks related to process, technical issues, prioritization of materials and sample built, escalations and target conflicts

Measure and report sample KPIs to SE team & PRC

Lead Sample Co-Ordinator in terms of contents

Collaborate in sample value stream process improvement led by sample value stream manager

Qualifications

BE-EEE / ECE

5-8 year experience in Hardware development with relevant experience

Additional Information

Responsibility

Overall responsible for program or project samples with respect to time, quality function and cost (incl. sample scrap cost)

Leading SE team of Samples

Bottleneck management (incl. escalation to integrator, engineering line manager or sample value stream manager

Inform customer in case of deviations and changes in delivery delays

Responsible for material on stock

o Release procurement forecast

o Material change management,

o Usage of stocked material

o Release for material scrapping
