Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating garment samples as per the designer's or merchandiser's instructions. Handle stitching, finishing, and garment construction of all types of samples. Understand technical packs, design sketches, and fabric behavior. Maintain quality standards while preparing the samples. Coordinate with the sampling team to ensure timely completion of work. Suggest improvements in stitching or sample finishing when needed. Take care of machines and tools assigned to the sampling department. Ensure cleanliness and discipline in the working area.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-4 years

of experience as a Karigar in a garment manufacturing unit. Knowledge of

different garment types

(men's, women's, or kids' wear). Ability to operate various

stitching machines

(lockstitch, overlock, flatlock, etc.). Understanding of garment construction and fabric types. Punctual, responsible, and quality-focused.
