We are seeking a highly organized and creatively driven

Sampling Coordinator / Fashion Merchandiser

with a strong background in Indian ethnic and high-fashion garments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a designer label and a deep understanding of luxury fabrics, embroidery techniques, and the sampling-to-production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate sampling processes from design concept to final prototype Work closely with designers, artisans, and production teams Source materials and manage vendor relationships Oversee fittings, fabric selection, and embellishments Maintain detailed records of samples and track timelines

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience in ethnic fashion or high-end Indian designer wear Strong eye for detail, color, and fabric Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
