Job Description

Qualification:

DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology)
Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sample collection (home collection or laboratory-based).
Collect blood, urine, stool, and other biological samples from patients safely and accurately.

Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of collected samples to the laboratory. Maintain hygiene and follow all safety and infection control protocols during sample collection. Verify patient details and test requisitions before collection. Handle patients with care and maintain professional behavior at all times. Maintain daily collection records and hand over reports as required. Responsible for timely home sample collections and ensuring sample integrity. Coordinate with lab staff and support team for report delivery and logistics. Knowledge of phlebotomy procedures and use of necessary equipment.
Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge for data entry or mobile app updates. Ability to handle patients politely and professionally. Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
